Will Police Health pay benefits if I've commenced my orthodontic treatment before serving my 12-month waiting period?

No, we will not pay benefits on any orthodontic services you received prior to serving your waiting periods. 

For example, if you finished serving your 12-month waiting period on 1 July 2022, we would not pay benefits towards any orthodontic service with a date of service prior to 1 July 2022.
