1. All entries into the competition for a chance to win double passes to attend the Northern Territory Police Legacy Ball 2026 shall be governed by these terms and conditions.
  2. The competition shall be conducted by Police Health Limited (ABN 86 135 221 519, 320 King William Street, Adelaide, SA 5000) trading as Police Health (‘promoter’).

    Eligibility and entry

  3. The NT Legacy Ball competition is available from 12:00p.m. AEST on 6 July 2026 until 11:00pm AEST on 4 August 2026.

  4. The winner of this competition must be a person who:

    • is a resident of the Northern Territory, Australia,
    • is aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
  5. No entry fee is payable to enter the competition.

  6. The winner must enter on the online application form.

  7. Employees and directors of Police Health, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the NT Legacy Ball Promotion.

  8. Police Health’s IT systems will record, log and manage all applications, entries and other matters relating to the NT Legacy Ball Promotion and, in the event of any dispute, these records and logs shall be final and conclusive evidence of the matters recorded and logged. 

    Competition draw

  9. A random number will be generated and the two (2) winners of the competition will be entrant(s) appearing at that number’s line entry.

  10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or the winners, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winners.

  11. The winners will be contacted individually by email.

  12. By participating in the NT Legacy Ball Promotion, the entrant consents to providing his or her full name and email address to Police Health.

    Prize details

  13. Delivery of the Northern Territory Police Legacy Ball passes will be made via email 1 week (7 days) after the winner(s) has been drawn.

  14. Each of the winners will receive as a prize a double pass to the Norther Territory Police Legacy Ball 2026.

  15. The total value of each prize is $440 AUD.

  16. No prize is transferrable, substitutable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  17. A prize is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer of the promoter.

    Unclaimed prizes

  18. Each winner must claim and accept their prize by replying by email to the winning confirmation email on or before 12 August 2026 at 5:00pm ACDT.

  19. If a prize remains unclaimed, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner or dispose of the prize in an appropriate manner.

    General
  20. Police Health accepts no responsibility for lost, deleted, misplaced or undeliverable passes. No replacement will be issued in such cases.
  21. Police Health reserves the right to alter, change, or withdraw the NT Legacy Ball Promotion at any time upon the occurrence of any event or circumstance outside the control of Police Health which has an impact on the running of the NT Legacy Ball Promotion.
  22. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of South Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
