Re-registration guide

Health insurers are required to take reasonable steps to safeguard consumer data, reduce cyber risk and maintain system integrity.  

The best way to do this is to require members to have individual login credentials that require Multi-Factor Authentication to use them. 

Even if you’ve used our app or portal in the past, you’ll need to ’Register’ again in order to set this up. 

Follow these steps 

  1. Open the member portal or mobile app
  2. Select ‘Register’
  3. Enter your membership number, first name, last name and date of birth
  4. Select submit and follow the steps 

Please call us on 1800 603 603, and make sure you have your membership details ready.

When you login, there'll be a link to reset your password. Click that link and follow the steps.
