Our TeleNurse Surgery Support team will give you a call prior to your hospital admission once we receive confirmation from your chosen hospital that you have a planned admission which you will be claiming eligible benefits for.

If you’re currently in the TeleNurse Surgery Support Program, you’ll be given a dedicated phone number to call through to if you need support outside of the planned call times. For emergency care, please call 000.
No, this program is being provided at no additional cost to eligible members. This is because the program has been developed to pay for itself. The goal is to improve your health outcomes and reduce numbers of avoidable hospital re-admissions and length of hospital stays.
