Competition draw
- The name of each New Member who has complied with clause 5, will go into a draw to be conducted:
- by computerised random selection using TPAL ELECTRONIC DRAW SYSTEM Permit No: 1224;
- on 4 February 2026 at 02:30 pm AEDT;
- at Level 13, 477 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000;
- in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
- A random number will be generated and the two (2) winners of the Competition will be the New Member appearing at that number’s line entry and the Referring Member who referred that New Member (“Winners”).
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or the Winners, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or Winners.
- The Winners will each be contacted individually by phone and email (“Winning Confirmation Email”) within five (5) business days of the draw. The Winners’ initial of their first name, last name and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page and its website at policehealth.com.au on 11 February 2026.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

Prize details
- Each of the Winners will receive as a prize the monthly payment, for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (“Payment Period”), of health insurance premiums towards the Promoter Policy which that Winner maintains at the time the Competition is drawn (“Prize”).
- The Payment Period shall commence on or before 1 April 2026 and will not be extended for any reason (such as in the event of a suspension of the relevant Promoter Policy).
- If either of the Winners maintain a Promoter Policy that has its premiums pre-paid in advance, all pre-paid premiums paid will be put forward and credited as future premiums on that policy after the payment of premiums by the Promoter for twelve (12) month has concluded.
- The total value of each Prize is up to $12,503.99 AUD (based on the most expensive private health insurance policy available through the Promoter as of 1 April 2025). The total value of the prizes is up to $25,007.98 AUD.
- Any Lifetime Health Cover (LHC) loading applicable to a Winner’s Promoter Policy is not included as part of the Prize. The Prize covers the standard premium (without any rebate), and if a Winner has an LHC loading, they will be required to pay this amount themselves.
- Where a Winner who was a Referring Member is as a dependent on a Promoter Policy and decides to take out their own Promoter Policy during the Payment Period, rather than remaining on the Promoter Policy of which they are an insured person at the time of winning the Competition, the Prize follows the individual Winner to their new Promoter Policy for the remainder of the Payment Period.
- If a Winner, for any reason, ceases to be insured by the Promoter during the Payment Period then the payment of premiums by the Promoter towards a Promoter Policy shall cease and any remaining part of the Prize shall be forfeited. The Prize of the other Winner shall not be affected.
- The value of the Prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Prize (inclusive of GST) at the date of these Terms. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any Prize after that date.
- It is a condition of receiving the Prize that a Winner may be required to sign a legal acknowledgement of these Terms prior to receiving the Prize.
- No Prize is transferable, substitutable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- A Prize is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer of the Promoter.
Unclaimed Prizes
- Each Winner must claim and accept their Prize by replying by email to the Winning Confirmation Email on or before 25 February 2026 at 02:30 pm ACDT.
- The Promoter will make reasonable endeavours to contact the Winners prior to this time.
- In the event that both Winners do not claim their Prizes from the original draw in accordance with clause 26, there will be a redraw for two (2) Prizes to be conducted at the same location as the original draw:
- on 4 March 2026 at 02:30pm AEDT; and
- otherwise in the same manner as set out in clauses 8 and 9.
- In the event that one of the Winners (but not both) does not claim their Prize from the original draw in accordance with clause 26 there will be a redraw for that one (1) unclaimed Prize where the names of all of the Referring Members and all of the New Members who were eligible to participate in Competition are placed in a draw to be conducted at the same location as the original draw:
- on 4 March 2026 at 02:30pm AEDT;
- otherwise in the same manner as set out in clause 8
with the one (1) winner of the redraw being the Referring Member or New Member whose line entry number matches the random number generated by the TPAL ELECTRONIC DRAW SYSTEM Permit No: 1224.
- The successful person or persons in any redraw:
- will be notified by phone and email (“Redraw Confirmation Email”) within two (2) business days of the redraw;
- will have the initial of their first name, last name and postcode published on the Promoter’s Facebook page and its website at policehealth.com.au on 11 March 2026;
- must claim and accept their Prize by replying by email to the Redraw Confirmation Email on or before 31 March 2026 at 4:45 pm ACDT; and
- will thereafter be a ‘Winner’ for the purposes of these Terms.
- In the event that a Prize remains unclaimed after a redraw, the Prize will be forfeited and shall cease to be available.
