1. Police Health Limited (ABN 86 135 221 519) (Police Health) will provide a GiftPay e-gift card valued at $100.00 (Gift Card) to each Referring Member and each New Member on these terms and conditions (Refer & Reward Promotion).
  2. A ‘Referring Member’ is a person who:
    • is a resident of Victoria, Australia,
    • is an insured person under a private health insurance policy with Police Health and has been for a minimum of thirty (30) days,
    • is aged eighteen (18) years or older,
    • is an insured person under a health insurance policy with Police Health which is not in arrears or suspended,
    • refers a New Member to Police Health.

  4. The New Member must enter on the online application form, or disclose to a Police Health Customer Service Officer at the point of sale, the promotion code VICREFER25 and the referring member’s full name. Police Health may contact the New Member to confirm details of the Referring Member.
  5. The New Member must obtain one of the following policies: Rolling Extras, Gold Hospital, or Gold Combined cover.
  6. The New Member must maintain a health insurance policy with Police Health for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days from their joining date.
  7. The Refer & Reward Promotion is available from 12:00 p.m. AEST on 16 September 2025 until the earlier of:
    • 11:00 p.m. AEST on 31 October 2025, or
    • when a total of 20 New Members, as logged by Police Health’s IT systems, have submitted an application for a health insurance policy with Police Health under the Refer & Reward Promotion.
  8. Delivery of the Gift Cards will be made via email, as digital Gift Cards 1-2 weeks after the New Member has satisfied clause 6.
  9. For each existing health insurance policy held with Police Health used to claim the Refer & Reward Promotion, only one Referring Member and one New Member can receive a Gift Card.
  10. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. They are subject to their own terms and conditions of use. GiftPay’s terms and conditions can be found at https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/faq.aspx.
  11. By claiming the Refer & Reward Promotion, the New Member consents and agrees that Police Health may provide his or her full name and email address to Unified Incentives Pty Ltd, the provider of the Gift Cards.   12. Employees and directors of Police Health, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Refer & Reward Promotion.
  13. The Refer & Reward Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Police Health promotional offer.
  14. Police Health accepts no responsibility for lost, deleted, misplaced, undeliverable, or corrupted Gift Cards or for any unauthorised use of any Gift Card which is outside the control of Police Health. No replacement will be issued in such cases.
  15. The total prize pool for the Refer & Reward Promotion is $4,000 (40 Gift Cards in total: 20 for New Members and 20 for Referring Members).
  16. Police Health’s IT systems will record, log and manage all applications, entries and other matters relating to the Refer & Reward Promotion and, in the event of any dispute, these records and logs shall be final and conclusive evidence of the matters recorded and logged.
  17. Police Health reserves the right to alter, change, or withdraw the Refer & Reward Promotion at any time upon the occurrence of any event or circumstance outside the control of Police Health which has an impact on the running of the Refer & Reward Promotion.
  18. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of South Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
