Police Health - Platinum Health

This is Police Health's total health package. It's designed to give you the simplicity and claims convenience of an all-in-one, money saving cover.

Platinum Health is a unique combination of all the security of Top Hospital and all the convenience of SureCover Extras, but at a contribution lower than if you have them both separately. It gives you the advantage of having one package with one fund and ensures that you don't miss out on some vital aspect of health cover. This can occur when people split their hospital and extras cover between two different health funds.

Important note: The rates shown on this table are base rates applying to members who are up to 30 years old if you are transferring from another fund we will honour the certified age of entry you have with them. Otherwise if you're a single person, work out the rate applicable to you at your current age by adding 2% for every year over 30 (eg, if you're 40, you should load the rate by 10 years x 2%, or 20%). If you have a family membership covering at least two adults, each adult in the membership adds 1% for each year that they are over 30, then add the two together.
