The following search facility is provided by HICAPS. It includes all health providers with the HICAPS electronic claim service.

IMPORTANT
Members are advised that claims for the following service groups are not available electronically- orthodontic, occupational therapy, naturopathy acupuncture, complementary therapies, dietary, psychology and speech therapy.

This search facilityThis search facility may include health providers who are not recognised by Police Health for the provision of electronic claims, you will need to lodge claims for these health providers in the normal way. It may also include health providers who are not recognised with Police Health for the payment of benefits and are therefore not covered by Police Health. These situations are rare however members may wish to confirm their health provider is recognised for benefits by contacting Police Health.
