Police Health has procedures for you to easily voice concerns or to provide us with feedback.

A complaint can be lodged in various ways:

Simply contact any of our customer services officers who can address a wide range of issues on the spot. If necessary, their supervisor is always on hand to discuss your concerns and, if you are not happy with our response, your complaint will be elevated to the Senior Manager responsible for the area of your complaint. It is always our first aim to resolve our members’ concerns right here at Police Health.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your concern, you can contact the totally independent Private Health Insurance Ombudsman.
