Recognised health providers are those who are in private practice in Australia and recognised by Police Health.
We only pay benefits for services by these providers.
If you wish to ensure that your provider is covered by Police Health please contact us prior to treatment.

Important note: The rates shown on this table are base rates applying to members who are up to 30 years old if you are transferring from another fund we will honour the certified age of entry you have with them. Otherwise if you're a single person, work out the rate applicable to you at your current age by adding 2% for every year over 30 (eg, if you're 40, you should load the rate by 10 years x 2%, or 20%). If you have a family membership covering at least two adults, each adult in the membership adds 1% for each year that they are over 30, then add the two together.
